Stateside was commissioned to construct this 9900 square foot wood frame structure to house a landscaping firm called Coysbrook. Their space included offices on the upper level and a high bay maintenance garage on the lower level. In addition the architect, who designed the building Brown Lindquist Fennuchio and Raber, occupied the upper level. Due to the high bay requirement and a site with considerable grade changes work required a significant quantity of earthwork on a very small site foot print.
