This most challenging project involved expansion and total renovation of this historic circa 1905 clubhouse and function facility. The first phase involved a separate 4,600 square foot pro shop and locker room golf addition, as well as, major traffic circulation and substantial parking modifications. The second phase involved 34,000 square feet of renovation and a complete reconstruction of the Northeast Quadrant. This work was performed with minimal interference with the golf season including the club's role as satellite host for the 1999 Ryder Cup. Building design was by Jefferson Group Architects, and interior design was performed by Judd Brown Design; sister companies located in Pawtucket Rhode Island.
