Stateside managed the constrcution of a clubhouse for the Great Harbor Yacht Club on the island of Nantucket. The construction consists of a 26,000 SF two story wood frame structure with a timber frame component. The building is designed to maintain architectural features that are commonly found on Nantucket with high end interior finishes. The Clubhouse has commercial kitchens on both the first and second floors to serve members of the yacht club and their guests in a variety of function rooms for dining and leisure. Construction was completed on time and under budget in June of 2009.
