Construction of this 19,000 square foot clubhouse began in the winter of 2004 and occupancy was in early spring 2006. The building is constructed in the shingle style of architecture and is intended to project the image of an old estate that had been converted to a clubhouse. It consists of a steel frame main floor and a steel skeleton upper floor with wood frame infill. The windows, exterior doors, interior moldings and exterior moldings are all custom fabrications to suit the style of architecture. This structure was the final building construction by Stateside on this site, totaling 9 buildings. Design of this building was completed by Shope Reno Wharton of Greenwich Connecticut.
